Heather Berg (she/her)
PASS Board Director
Heather Berg writes about sex, work, and social struggle. Her first book, Porn Work (UNC Press, 2021), explores workers' strategies for navigating--and subverting--precarity. Her writing appears in the journals Feminist Studies, Signs, South Atlantic Quarterly, and others. Heather is assistant professor of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Washington University in St. Louis. You can find her at drheatherberg.com.

James Bell (he/him)
PASS Board Director
James Bell, NP is Medical Director of the Sexual Health Program at the Los Angeles LGBT Center; the largest facility in the world providing health and social services to the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to providing direct patient care, James is responsible for developing and expanding sexual health services at the Center. As a staunch advocate for sex workers rights and accessible and safe healthcare for persons in the Adult Industry, James is very enthusiastic to serve on the PASS Board of Directors. With more than 20 years experience in healthcare focusing on social justice in healthcare among marginalized populations, he brings strong clinical expertise in the field of sexual health, combined with compassion and caring his patients and community.
James holds master's degrees in both Nursing and Community Health, graduating with highest honors from Ball State University in Indiana. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Lucy Hart (she/her)
PASS Board Secretary
Lucy Hart performed in her first adult film in 2007. She has since performed and directed in adult film as a man, non-binary person, and trans woman. She is the only person to win adult film awards in three genders including Male Performer of the Year, Best Male Fetish Performer, Best Trans Performer, Best Parody (directing), Best Fetish Scene (directing and performing) and Best Group Sex Scene (performing). She spent the bulk of her performing work in gay, straight and trans BDSM. She spent the bulk of her directing and producing work for her own company, PervOUT where she directed gay, bisexual, trans, and queer fetish movies.
When she was "Lance Hart," she was the founder and CEO of the PervOUT Network, PervOUT Pay (a P2P payment solution for sex workers), and PervOUT Education (a free online program to bridge the information gaps created by systemic racism in entrepreneurship). She was also the spokesmodel for Playgirl.
At the age of 42, Lucy began transitioning to female with hormones and underwent 5 gender affirming surgeries in under 7 months. In 2022 Lucy sold PervOUT and relocated from Las Vegas to Brooklyn. On arrival, she was cast in a three movie deal as the star and villain in a series of horror movies. The first of which, Director's Cut, scored 93% on Rotten Tomatoes after a nationwide run in theaters.
Lucy splits her time between acting, in person sex work, directing independent fetish film, writing, and arms dealing. She dedicates her free time to serving on this board, the board of directors for The Free Speech Coalition, and running a peer-to-peer suicide hotline for trans women called "Down Divas."

Val Webber (they/them)
PASS Board Chair
Val Webber has worked in various sectors of the adult industry for 20 years, including as a webcam model, film performer, writer, production assistant, cam and boom operator, voice actor, and toy reviewer. They have been involved in various queer, sex worker, and sexual health community efforts. They earned their doctorate in community health & humanities studying occupational health in porn, and have master’s degrees in medical anthropology and public health. Kelly Holland (she/her)
PASS Board Treasurer
Ms. Holland began her career as a journalist in the 1980s, covering Central American war zones, before going on to become an award-winning documentarian. During that time, she created Art Attack, a producer of documentaries, feature films, and reality programming, and opened a production facility in San Salvador. She founded Chick Media, a production company dedicated to creating sex positive, erotic programming for women, worked with companies across the adult industry, and represented the concept of “Women’s Erotica” in a wide variety of media outlets including ABC’s 20/20, MSNBC, Elle Magazine and The New York Times. Ms. Holland has won many awards in adult media, is a sought-after speaker, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, and is the Founder and Board President of LA-based Animal Rescue Alliance.

Director
Fivestar is a longtime adult film director, producer, and bondage rigger, and has been faithful to PASS's mission of maintaining the health and safety of adult industry workers. Fivestar is the owner of Filthy Studios, which promotes diverse sexual expression and kinky media through film production (under the name Filthy Femdom), BDSM workshops and industry events, and advocacy for the adult industry.
